The Chatbot for Procure to Pay Process project focused on addressing confusion, inaccuracy, and delays in the Procure to Pay process by formulating a data strategy and developing a data architecture for a chatbot solution. This solution enhanced data quality by consolidating data sources from multiple ERP systems, removing duplicates, and integrating an approval workflow for user-created data, ultimately streamlining the entire process. The project has been successfully deployed and has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the Procure to Pay process.
